I am not on LJ. I'm not really familiar with it at all except for reading Madd's entries at times.

i asked you specifically because i'm making some changes to my journal and i thought that if you are on LJ i would like to 'friend' you.

may I be nosy and ask what you are changing it to? do you know about the different ways to change it? like you can it so triplediamond forwards to your new name, or you can do it so it just looks like triplediamond deleted

thank you for thinking about these options! i'm thinking. there are only 2 people i don't want to know about the new name. but they're not friends anymore anyway so i suppose that doesn't matter.

i'm pursuing 2 teenagers who currently have the name that should be mine. neither of them has used their LJ in years. we shall see if they reply to my posts.

well the thing is, you can't HAVE/take their lj over.

unless they delete it and you do a name change.

because they are the original owner.

the thing is, if you do the change the first way it's a lot easier to find you, if you do it the second way, it takes a little work. depending on resourceful you are, as resourceful as I am, neither one reall matters I can find out someone's new name

i saw on LJ FAQ that i can't have someone else's name unless they give it up. hence my comments to both girls who hold the name i want. i understand that LJ will not retire the names just because of lack of traffic/use.

i'm leaning towards the French version anyway. how cool would that be?!

63 hours on a Thursday?!

OH. well, my work week starts on Saturday morning. I work at my main house 8A Saturday, overnight, until Sunday 10P. So, my weekday work is all overtime. I worked 3 afternoon/evenings for a co-worker this week, 7 hrs per day and then I had 4 hours with another client this afternoon.

And tomorrow AM it starts all over again.

However, after a week like this, I will not take on-call assignments for at least 2 days next week. Monday and Tuesday are MINE
