I apologize for not getting back to you sooner, but in regards to the trouble you are having with your Qwest service, here is information that should answer your questions asked to me.
Unfortunately, there are no longer "queue" when it comes to a center. We have moved to an Avaya phone system, and with that, I do not believe we have a number that would get to a certain center. I also am not sure of the Des Moines center hours. I know normal customer service is open from 8-6, and I am not sure if any of the centers are open later to accommodate for 6 Western time (8 CST).
The billing department has been a mess since you left. After you left, our stock eventually dropped even further, and all of this is a reason that the billing department is now so shotty.
