MWF changes

I have done some changes to the Madd forums.

-the Maddbot cat got renamed to Support
-the Support forum that use to be in the Madd's World cat was moved to Support.
-ToE was moved to Madd's World, and the ToE cat got deleted.
-Constabulary got some changes to the description
-M-Filez was added to the board. M-Filez is used to store links to files I am handing out

I have also done some changes to my website.

-Boobies (both versions) and Zeldo are now linked from the main site http://madd74.com
